Who we are

International Lash Masters is a proudly Australian-owned business founded in 2018 by lash artist, educator and salon owner Deanna Campese. With a mission to unite the lash industry, we provide high-quality education, meaningful networking opportunities, and a supportive community where lash artists can grow, connect, and thrive. As the hosts of Australia’s premier lash and brow conference, we bring artists and brands together under one roof to share knowledge and inspiration. We also offer nationally recognised lash training through our partner Registered Training Organisation (RTO), support Recognised Prior Learning (RPL) for experienced artists, and provide a curated online marketplace of trusted lash products and industry-led online courses. Everything we do is designed to elevate lash professionals and help them feel confident, connected, and empowered.

Shopping products online

Are products purchased on ILM shipped from International Lash Masters?

No, products from our partner brands are fulfilled by the brands themselves and sent from their warehouses.

Who do I contact if there’s an issue with my order?

If your order is delayed, incorrect, or damaged, please contact the brand directly using the contact information provided on their product page.

Will I receive multiple packages if I order from different brands?

Yes, if you order from more than one brand, your items may arrive in separate shipments directly from each brand.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Can I return products purchased on the site?

Return and refund policies are set by each individual brand. Please refer to the brand's return policy on their product page before purchasing.

Will International Lash Masters process my refund?

You will need to arrange with the brand the issue and return the item. When the brand has received the product the order will be cancelled through us. For online courses, award entries and digital downloads, no refunds will be permitted.

Do you ship overseas?

If the brand is listed on our website then International Shipping will be available at the brands shipping rates.

Online Courses

Who provides the online courses listed on your site?

All online courses are created and fulfilled by the respective lash or beauty brands. International Lash Masters provides the platform to list them, but does not run or manage the course content unless it is an ILM stated course or program.

What if I have issues accessing or completing my course?

Please contact the course provider directly. Their contact details are listed on the course page.

Awards & Conferences

Can I buy conference tickets and enter awards through your site?

Yes! All tickets and award entries for International Lash Masters events are managed directly by us.

What if I have questions about your events or awards?

For anything related to International Lash Masters events, you can contact us directly through our contact form.

Accreditation & Recognised Prior Learning (RPL)

Does International Lash Masters offer accredited training?

es! We offer nationally recognised accredited lash training through our sister brand Lash'd Eyelashes and our Registered Training Organisation (RTO) partner All States. Our courses are designed to meet industry standards and help lash artists become fully qualified professionals.

What is RPL (Recognised Prior Learning)?

RPL is a process that allows experienced lash artists to gain formal qualifications by recognising the skills and knowledge they've already acquired through work experience or informal training.

Can I apply for RPL through International Lash Masters?

Absolutely. If you have previous lash training or industry experience, you may be eligible to apply for RPL with us. We’ll assess your skills and provide a pathway to gain your qualification without needing to start from scratch.

How do I know if RPL is right for me?

If you’ve been working as a lash artist but never got formally qualified, RPL is a great way to fast-track your certification. Reach out to our team—we’re happy to help you assess your options.

What kind of evidence do I need for an RPL application?

Evidence may include client photos, past training certificates, work history, client testimonials, and anything else that proves your experience. We’ll guide you through the documentation required during your application process.

How long does the RPL process take?

This depends on the amount and quality of evidence provided. Once we receive everything needed, assessments are usually completed within 2–4 weeks.

Who can I contact for help with accredited training or RPL?

Will I receive a certificate upon completion or successful RPL?

Yes. Once you successfully complete an accredited course or RPL process, you’ll receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment or Qualification.

Is International Lash Masters responsible for product quality or service issues?

No. While we carefully select trusted brands, all products and courses are the sole responsibility of the brand selling them. We are not liable for any damages, dissatisfaction, or losses.

Do you vet the brands listed on your site?

Yes, we only collaborate with brands we believe offer high-quality products and services, but we encourage all customers to review the brand details and policies before purchasing.
